The Barcelona PA orders the withdrawal of advertising that compares a hamburger to a car | Cinco Días

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the organisations Interpoc and Provacuno in the lawsuit against Heura Foods, the Barcelona-based start-up, for “unfair competition for containing unlawful advertising” and for “misleading and denigrating statements”. After a year and a half of litigation, the Provincial Court (PA) of Barcelona has upheld the claims of the organisations by ordering the preventive cessation of the campaign.
