
Pablo Fernández Cortijo

Pablo is a partner Corporate and M&A at Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in M&A and Private Equity. He also has experience in restructuring and distressed transactions, as well as in corporate and contract Law.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid (Spain) and Universitá degli Studi La Sapienza (Rome, Italy).
Pablo is one of the most active lawyers in M&A in Spain as recognised in several publications (Mergermarket, TTR, Expansion, El Confidencial).
His most recent recognitions are Legal 500 (Private Equity): Next Generation Partner, Chambers & Partners (Corporate M&A) and Iberian Lawyer: Best M&A Lawyer (2022) in Spain (40 under 40).
