Ángel Vaíllo
Ángel is a partner in the Tax practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in a wide range of operations, such as tax advice for family groups, family business succession, corporate law, tax consolidation, tax planning and execution of reorganization operations of family business groups, as well as internationalization of the company, restructuring and bank refinancing, tax advice in company acquisition operations, tax review and analysis of acquired companies, advice in operations of separation of partners and business disinvestment, management and intervention in tax verification and inspection processes for companies and business groups and administrative litigation law.
He holds a law degree from the University of Valencia. In addition, he is a Professor of tax Law at various universities and a regular speaker at conferences organized by the Chambers of Commerce, financial institutions and various business organizations.
