GA_P advises Caixa Capital Risc on its entry as a minority shareholder in AlgaEnergy

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Caixa Capital Risc on its entry as a minority shareholder in AlgaEnergy. Caixa Capital Risc has reached this agreement together with the CDTI’s closed-end collective investment company Innvierte Economía Sostenible to enter the company’s capital.
This agreement will help boost the company’s growth and consolidation in the use of microalgae. Specifically, it will allow to expand the production capacity of the plant located in Arcos de la Frontera (Cadiz), boost its development in new international markets and accelerate the development of new applications.
The GA_P team was formed by: Álex Pujol and Mònica Martells, partner and LEF, respectively, of the Corporate and M&A area.
