GA_P advises EBN Banco de Negocios on the constitution of the fund for Pensium’s bond programme

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised EBN Banco on the incorporation of the investment fund for Pensium’s bond programme.
On Thursday 29th June Pensium has registered a EUR 200 million securitisation bond programme in the Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) in order to finance its activity and growth.
EBN Titulización participates as a registered advisor in the MARF and is the management company of the securitisation fund, while EBN Banco de Negocios will be the placement entity of the bonds and the Firm has acted as legal advisor in the constitution of the fund.
The GA_P team was formed by Guillermo Guerra, partner of the Commercial Law department, Fernando Herrero and Irene Medina de Alba, partner and associate of the Banking and Finance department.
