GA_P advises ESP Solutions on the acquisition of Autransa

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the logistics company ESP Solutions, controlled by the funds Avior Capital and Blantyre Capital, on the acquisition of the Autransa Group, a family-owned company with more than 40 years of tradition.
This acquisition will allow ESP Solutions to strengthen the group’s presence in North Africa and consolidate its leadership in temperature-controlled transport and logistics.
The following have advised on the operation, among others: Iñigo Erlaiz, Jorge Martín, Patricia Pérez, Rodrigo Fernández-Chillón and Gemma Serra of the commercial team.
