GA_P advises Servihabitat (a subsidiary of Lone Star) in the contract for the management of Kutxabank’s real estate assets portfolio
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Servihabitat (a subsidiary of Lone Star) on the contract for the management of Kutxabank’s real estate asset portfolio. The portfolio comprises 10,000 assets, valued at €1.2 billion and geographically concentrated in Andalusia and the Basque Country.
Half of Kutxabank’s portfolio is divided between residential and commercial, while the other half is land, an activity in which Servihabitat has been concentrating its efforts in recent times, convinced that a large part of the future of this business lies in urban development management.
The GA_P team has been formed by: Augusto Piñel, Irene Carreño and Miguel Azpeitia, partner, associate and paralegal, respectively, of the Corporate area.

Contractual termination by mutual abandonment not claimed by any party?
The risks of applying the doctrine according to which a contract is deemed withdrawn from if neither party to the same appears to want it.
