GA_P advised Kartesia and GTO Partners on the acquisition of Smarttech to Ayesa

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Kartesia and GTO Partners on the acquisition of the Spanish technology company Smarttech Industry Software Solutions, dedicated to provide software solutions for industrial processes.

This transaction highlights the confidence in the growth of the European technology sector and, at the same time, both firms show their commitment to Spain as a key market for technological innovation.
