Our group is composed of experts in private equity from different areas of practice, specifically: corporate, tax, finance, capital markets, regulatory, and restructuring.
All of them have extensive experience in all types of complex operations, including transactions affecting different jurisdictions and having an international element.

- Fund formation: Fundraising processes, establishment of venture capital entities, structuring of success fee systems (carried interest), relations with the National Securities Market Commission, audits of venture capital entities for institutional investors and investment funds.
- Venture Capital: Advising start-ups, both in initial and development stages (BME Growth, venture debt, financing rounds, etc.), especially in the technology and internet sectors.

Winding up of a company. “Automatic” redundancy of staff?
When the company is wound up, the immediate employment consequence should be the termination of employment contracts. Employment law refers to the procedure for collective redundancies for that purpose, but it is questioned whether, together with the procedure, grounds should also be required to justify such a business decision.
