    In recent years, the CNMC’s activity in merger control has intensified and become stricter, impacting both operations and the companies involved. The recent decision in Curium/IRAB marked the first prohibition of a transaction in Spain in 20 years, but it is only one of many deals that have been abandoned in recent years due to the regulator’s demands.

    During the webinar, we will discuss the current situation and its implications, focusing on:
