GA_P advises Q-Energy on the acquisition of Solar Green Parks

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Q-Energy on the acquisition of SOLAR GREEN, owner of 24 photovoltaic plants in Spain, and on the subsequent financing.

The risks of applying the doctrine according to which a contract is deemed withdrawn from if neither party to the same appears to want it.
