GA_P advises Sherpa.ai on the entry of new investors

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Sherpa Europe in a round with the entry of new investors in the company’s share capital, among others, the entrepreneur Mario Losantos.
Sherpa.ai is one of the leading Spanish companies in artificial intelligence and has already closed deals with companies from different sectors such as telecommunications, distribution, health, security and media. With this new operation, a capital increase has been carried out that will allow the technology company to accelerate its project and boost its growth.
The GA_P team has been led by: Mariana Díaz-Moro and Irene Carreño, senior associates of Tax and Corporate respectively
