GA_P advises Söderberg partners in the acquisition of Galilea brokerage

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the partners of Söderberg in the acquisition of the Galilea insurance brokerage.
Grupo Galilea, a company dedicated to insurance for businesses and shops, as well as savings products, has sold 87% of its shares to the Swedish insurance and wealth management company, Söderberg & Partners.
After the transaction, valued at approximately 35 million euros, the union between Söderberg & Partners and Grupo Galilea will consolidate the sector and expand both internationally.
The GA_P team was led by Daniel Marín and Beatriz Dosdá, partner and associate of the Corporate and Commercial department.
