GA_P advises Taptap Digital on the sale of the company to Bd-Capital

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the partners of Taptap Digital on the sale of the company to Bd-Capital.
Taptap Digital is a Spanish technology company specialising in digital advertising. This transaction represents the landing of Bd-Capital in the domestic private equity market. According to sources, Bd-Capital will take a majority stake in the company, from which Nauta Capital exits.
The GA_P team was formed by Alex Pujol and Álvaro Mateo, partners of Corporate and Commercial.
