GA_P has advised Cajamar on setting up an asset-backed securities fund

Gomez-Acebo &_Pombo has advised Cajamar Caja Rural, Sociedad Cooperativa de Crédito on setting up the IM BCC Cajamar Pyme 3 asset-backed securities fund. The fund prospectus was registered with the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2021.
The fund has issued bonds worth €1,000,000,000 in two classes, which will be admitted to trading on the AIAF Fixed-Income Market and have been rated by the DBRS and S&P agencies.
The fund will be managed by Intermoney Titulización.
The GA_P advisory team was led by Madrid office Corporate Partner Augusto Piñel and Finance associates Lázaro García and Laura Aguirrebeña.
