    What to expect in the world of work?

    The reform of the Labour Code is transforming the present and shaping the future of professional relations. Gómez-Acebo & Pombo invites you to explore this challenge with us.

    The need to adapt labour legislation to new challenges is today more pressing than ever. The draft bill presented by the Government has highlighted key issues — such as parenthood, pay equality and transparency, remote work, flexible working arrangements, and digital platform work — that require an in-depth revision to respond to today’s reality.

    In this meeting, we will discuss the impact of these issues on people and business management and the (possible) mismatch between law and practice, with contributions from various stakeholders to foster an essential debate on the future of work in Portugal.
